We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as the answers may be subject to individual interpretation and the circumstances of the seeker.
Use Restrictions

Returns and Refunds
Refunds will only be made if the requested interpretation has not been delivered within 24 business hours following the request. If the interpretation is not sent within this period, the user has the right to request a full refund. No refunds will be made if the interpretation has been sent within the established deadline. 24 horas hábiles siguientes a la solicitud.
